Lovely, immaculately clean room. Fantastic home-made cake on arrival. Superb breakfast. Very welcoming and extremely helpful host. Just excellent in every way.

We were made to feel extremely welcome the moment we walked through the door, with hot drinks and biscuits! Rebekah the owner is extremely friendly and helpful. The bedroom was much larger than we would have expected and was immaculately clean. Breakfast was amazing, big variety to choose from and delicious (the homemade bread was beautiful!). Will definitely return again on our next trip to Clee.

I won't go into details of Cleethorpes, because if you are visiting you obviously have a reason to do so.
If you are looking for beautiful sheets, clean rooms( perfectly decorated) and the most welcoming best cake maker north of the Watford Gap and beyond!!!! Then stay at Browns!
As an ex local of the area I couldn't fault one single aspect of my stay......in fact if my mother was at her home in cleethorpes( sometimes she lives in spain and has a house close to this Gem) I would still take the option to stay at this beautiful retreat.
To meet Bek and Tim is an honour, I doubt you could meet more welcoming hosts ..
Book it now! I promises you won't be dissapointed!

What a lucky break we had when Rebekah and Tim had a last minute cancellation. The “open window” until the room was snapped up would probably have been about 2 minutes but we timed it to perfection.

About 10 minutes after booking on-line we had a lovely email from Rebekah asking of there was anything else we needed and over the telephone she was so warm and welcoming as was Tim.

On arrival we were shown to our immaculate room which smelled divine and furnished with home-made banana cake and chocolate cake, cups of tea and heaps more hospitality.

Our room was tastefully decorated with an antique brass double bed and a single, polished wooden floor and fresh flowers, lovely bath products and sparkling white, beautifully pressed Egyptian cotton bed-linen.

Nothing was too much trouble so much so that when the headlights blew on our car meaning we couldn’t go where we wanted to on Saturday night, Tim drove us to the nearest supermarket for wine and Rebekah invited us to join them in a freshly cooked fish pie (luckily we had eaten because it was a very tempting offer!)

Breakfast was excellent; everything freshly made including the bread and Rebekah just kept coming with choice after choice of goodies. I haven’t seen such a great selection of breakfast choices in most 5* establishments.

All in all we would like to say a HUGE thank-you to Rebekah, Tim and Felix for their fantastic hospitality and kindness, their attention to detail was second to none and we left them feeling we had gained some new friends. We will be back!

Room Tip: Any room you get will be just perfect!

Stayed here in the 'Green Room' mid March. It's a little gem of a place. The welcome was warm. We were offered a pot if tea and homemade cake. The room was comfortable with all the usual facilities such as tea and coffee making equipment.....big mugs! The beds were really comfortable. I had a great nights sleep. Breakfast was good. A word of warning....the mushrooms, I think had been doused in Worcester sauce, ok if you like it, which I do, but if not you may wish to mention this beforehand. The only other small niggle, and it is only a small one is that there is no shelf or hook inside the shower cubicle on which to stand/hang your toiletries. Such a facility would have been useful. But that aside I would not hesitate to recommend this B & B to anyone.
