Excellent stay, had a lovely time, comfy beds , kitchen was wonderful, bathroom was luxurious.
Owner had great level of communication, willing to iron out any problems straightaway.
Easy to walk to local supermarket, beach, amenities.
Nicely furnished, chaise lounge sofa was fab and I really kicked off my shoes and relaxed! Small
Back yard/ garden was great!
Didn't want to leave!
Just had a week here with our daughter, son in law and two young granddaughters.
It's a really nice holiday home with a super location a few yards from wonderful sandy beach.
It was presented nicely and have to remark on how comfy the beds and sofas are. We frequent many holiday cottages and nearly always find quite the opposite.
Plenty of room for two families to enjoy a break. Lovely large lounge dining kitchen area. Good to have a DVD for the kids so bring their favourites. Comfy bedrooms and shower room downstairs and bathroom upstairs. Small patio garden leads out from the downstairs bedroom.
Great location near the beach, local shops and restaurants. We preordered a large family table at The Lounge for a Sunday roast. A good basic lunch great if you've got kids. Other good ones nearby are Ossie's for fish and chips and JoJos. We also played tennis nearby. Good for cycling too. Easy walk to the harbour and High Street of Whitstable town centre. There is a great good ale pub nearby too for a night out: Tankerton Arms.

My wife and I, our boys (6&14), my dad, and mother in law have just got from a lovely week. My dad has MS, so has limited mobility without a wheelchair, it wasn't a problem here as the entrance hall is spacious, there is a bedroom leading onto the garden and it also has a large shower room, all on the same level. A twin room (nan & youngest), a massive sofa bed in lounge (eldest), and a big double for my wife and I next to a family bathroom!! Nice local shops, the beach a few mins away, and a lovely 10 min walk into whitstable. The owner (Laura) is lovely, there were fresh flowers and wine on arrival, and when we had a problem with a key it was sorted out within an hour or so. Full marks from everyone!!
