Rooms exactly how described and overall very pleased. Didn’t have time to stay for breakfast unfortunately :( left recipes in room and they were very helpful by sending them over via picture message! Very welcoming and polite! Highly recommended

We had a first floor double room with en-suite and balcony over looking the sea. Edz the manager was a delight and nothing was too much trouble. The full breakfast was massive and delicious. the room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It is a short walk down hill into the town along the sea front.

Room Tip: Rooms 5& 6 have a sea view and balcony.

We had a family reunion and all stayed in various places. Our stay at the Sherwood was good with excellent breakfast and very attentive staff, area around the hotel is not too good but regeneration is still taking place.

Room Tip: Sea view with balcony, pleasant to sit and watch the world go by.

ok hotel at resonable price. staff were polite anf riendly. Was in a bit of a run down area but only 10 min walk into Margate town centre. fine for our rugby tour but if you want 5 star luxury then look elsewhere!

We stayed a couple of nights and on one morning we missed breakfast as my boyfriend was doing the local Parkrun, it was no trouble to get us breakfast later on and we really appreciated it. Thanks we really enjoyed our stay.
