My wife and I stayed one night (last night) to see Lulu at the Winter Gardens.
We arrived around 1:30pm and got parked up easily in the large car park (there is another to the rear of the hotel). The lady on the desk allowed us to check in early after confirming our room had been cleaned. We had room 4, on the ground floor just behind the reception area. The rooms was fine, what I particularly like about Premier Inn's are the beds which are SUPER comfortable (I'm buying one of those mattresses when mine's next due for renewal!).
The only drawback was that we had a rather noisy guest above us, who marched into their room in the small hours (we could hear every step!) and then clomped around the bedrrom for a minute or two before going to sleep. Despite being near the railway station, the trains were almost indiscernible, you could just make out an occasional rumble of the heavy goods trains.
Kitchen was out of action when we attended so we couldn't try the breakfast and we dropped into the Wetherspoon's in nearby Canterbury instead.
Very well priced for a midweek stay.More
