“Brief but lovely encounter”
Reviewed 16 September 2013 for a stay in September 2013

Something of a flying visit for us – we had a one night-stay to attend local wedding – but would love to have spent longer at Little Saxbys.
We stayed on a B&B basis – enjoying the breakfast hamper provided by Louise.
This family of four with two under fours fitted snugly. Having a private apartment meant we didn't bother anyone when youngest woke with teething at 4am, a blessing for all concerned.
Louise gave us a very warm welcome, considering we were late both arriving and leaving, and the apartment is very private.
There's also a great 20-minute walk from Little Saxbys to Cowden across the fields, which brings you out next to the Fountain pub. Helped clear a sore head after a fine wedding.
One downside: they don't include the ace vintage cars kept in the downstairs garage as part of the rental agreement! Can't have everything I guess.

“Big smilie for Little Saxbys”

We were excited to be staying here after looking at the pics and having a few days off exploring. Louise met us and showed us the apartment which was lovely.Nothing better than a friendly face and welcome.
We stayed in the 1st night after a day traveling and seeing Bodiam Castle very relaxing with M&S dine in for two meal. A home from home Free Sat tv and a lovely complimentary bottle of wine from Louise
Highlights ,Hever Castle ,Ightham Mote and Scotney castle. Great pub food at the Greyhound Hever.
Made a refreshing change from B&B and would definitely now be looking to do this again.

Our stay at Little Saxbys Apartment was such a delight! The location was a perfect place for us to unplug and get out of town for a few days! The location offered stillness, serenity, and comfort. The apartment itself was warm, welcoming, and spacious! Louise was a pleasure and wonderful host! Her hospitality and friendly disposition confirmed we were at the perfect place!
