This establishment has an ambience that might be thought of as a bit quirky, in a 'bistro' style with an eclectic range of furnishings and a layout that enables the 'hosts' to be a part of the package - overseeing and attentive. Very enjoyable.
However the full menu on offer featured local fish and local produce and would also have been an attractive option. Prices are a little extravagant but still retained fair value and the wine list offered interesting options.
On this occasion a group of us were served a selected set menu and it was very good indeed. Presentation and cooking being top notch and enjoyed by all.
The cooking was individual, prime quality and attractive, in a 'continental' style.
