We had a room booked for us for our Christmas pary. The room was the Crows nest and it was spacious and comfortable.
We didn't eat here on this occasion but have done in the past and it was good.
Anika their barmaid was delightful and when I accidentally left my gorgeous and expensive Jaeger leather jacket in the bar she kindly bought it up to our room.
Thank you very much

No matter the weather the kids love the space and freedom of Deal because they get to go to a grown up restaurant. You are always greeted with a friendly smile and you are offered a choice of areas to sit, main restaurant, quiet area or the bar. We also love a deal and a treat so we stay the night which means we have dinner so no traveling and then you get to have a lay in and when you're ready you can go down for a scrumptious breakfast as long as it's before ten . I'd say that's Reasonable though. I love the fact that most products are locally sourced. Bread is yummy which comes from the bakery in deal and they also come to Ashford for the indoor market. Going back to our meal you can change things off of one menu if you fancy one thing more. This restaurant does fish especially as it's near the sea.
The front of the hotel and restaurant looks pretty and inviting then when you get in from the cold you can warm yourselves by the fire. They also do afternoon teas.
Don't just take our word go check it out.

Had a one night weekend break for two adults. Room was large (incl four poster bed). Great views at front of hotel. Bathroom fairly modern and room décor best described as a little dated but very comfortable and relaxing. Reception was very welcoming and all staff we met with were very polite and relaxed. Breakfast was included in our visit and this was very nice too. Would definitely return again.

Room Tip: Room 3 - four poster bed and great sea views!

Was caught short in deal whilst on a job and called here on spec. Rooms great food great service great. It's as simple as that. The staff can't do enough for you. It's a credit to Ian the owner and Aneka.

Amazing service, very welcoming & friendly. Comfortable, cosy & clean rooms (sea view) and the spa bath was gorgeous. Ate in the restaurant and the food really was very, very nice. The staff and the owner are very accommodating, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting this lovely seaside town.
