After searching for days on the internet to find a place to stay last weekend, we finally found BULL FARM OAST. What a wonderful typical english place to stay.
We were warmly welcomed after a horrible drive through the rain by Prue and Andy. Such lovely enthousiastic people.
Everything from the bathroom to having the delicious breakfast was super!
Prue was recieving special ideas for breakfast with fun.
We recommand this B&B for 100%.

Prue and Andrew are the most welcoming hosts and couldn't do enough to accommodate my Daughter and I during our stay. The room was immaculate and the breakfast superb, especially the freshly baked bread! We shall definitely visit again and would recommend the B&B to anyone visiting the area. TK

We stayed for 2 nights at Bull Farm Oast to visit Sissinghurst gardens and other gardens in the area. The hosts, Andrew and Prue were lovely and very knowledgeable of the gardens in the area. They gave us great advice on where and when to visit as well as info on local places to eat.

The room we stayed in was clean, and well appointed with great bed linens, chairs for reading, tea and coffee service. The modern ensuite bathroom was clean and modern with the most amazing quick turn on shower -- no need to wait outside the shower, while the water heated up!!

Breakfast was delicious -- freshly made bread, delicious bacon, sausages, tomatoes, mushrooms and more! Freshly cooked and much appreciated.

We would certainly stay here again if we ever came back to the the beautiful countryside of Kent.

We visited Bull Farm Oast in August 2014 from South Africa to attend a wedding, what a wonderful experience to be able to stay at a b&b which feels like a home away from home.

Bull Farm Oast B&B is not only a charming, meticulously clean, spacious and inviting boutique country B&B but the warm and inviting hosts Prue, Andrew and Letty truly make a delicious breakfast and charming company.

As we arrived at the door Andrew welcomed us with a 'Aangename kennis' making us feel truly at home. The room we stayed in was well appointed, clean and spacious. The hosts, Prue and Andrew made the visit incredibly special taking interest in us and literally bending over backwards to accommodate and fill us in on what to do and where to go.

We have continued to recall our time at Bull Farm and can only be reminded that true hospitality comes from the heart and the kitchen.

Thanks again for making it a memorable stay,

Natalie & Stephen.

Bull Farm Oast is a real gem! We had a great experience from start to finish, from the offer of a train station pick up when we arrived (which although we didn't need was a very kind offer) to the friendly and welcoming host Andy, who couldn't have been more helpful. A lovely and well equipped room (the fresh milk in a jug was a very welcome touch) and most importantly a fab breakfast. We were particularly impressed as Andy did everything on his own as his wife was away visiting relatives. Having family in the area we will no doubt be back and will definitely be recommending to other friends and family in a flash.
