“Fabulous apartment - cosy, warm, perfect for a New Year break!”
Reviewed 19 January 2015 for a stay in January 2015

My husband and I stayed in this lovely apartment over New Year with friends. Despite a rather shabby exterior, the inside of the apartment is fantastic - the pictures don't do it justice, it's actually bigger than it looks! Wonderfully warm, comfortable beds and soothed to sleep by the sound of the Atlantic crashing on the shore - what more could you ask for? The owner was very helpful when arranging booking and we would definitely return. For good food, go to The Red Lion pub in Freshwater (also reviewed).

“Great Location for sunsets”
Reviewed 5 November 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Lovely apartment right on the seafront at Totland Bay.
I had booked this for my mother's 80th birthday and it was in an ideal location.
I would like to say that the access to the accommodation is via outside steps which can be a bit precarious given that the handrail is almost non-existent.
Please be aware if you have young children or elderly relatives.

“Beautiful Sea Views.”

We had a brilliant week at this lovely apartment. The views are stunning on a nice day you could be anywhere in the world. The apartment has everything you can think of and is very easy to find, the only downside to it at the moment is the steps to get to it, if you are not good at walking or climbing steps it is a bit precarious,(but there is work in progress and after the bad storms it was to be expected). The bay is very quiet and the waterside inn does very nice food reasonably priced.

“Whitsun Family holiday”

Could not fault the view. Once inside the apartment is lovely; big light and airy rooms and comfy beds. Decent sized kitchen.

Slight lack of storage space for clothes in all but the main bedroom but not too bad.

Number of small supermarkets close that have good opening hours so shouldn't get caught out for food etc.

Outside of building is undergoing some refurbishment but don't let this put you off - completely different once inside.

Would recommend to friends and family
