“Beware the stairs and parking charges.”
Reviewed 11 September 2018 for a stay in September 2018

Ideally located for Cowes centre with its many shops and restaurants, easy to get to all locations on the island. A beautifully clean cottage with a very useful patio area.
However the stairs were a challenge, steep with no banisters. The advertised on road parking did not exist, double yellows for a stretch and the limited on road parking at the end of the road was used by locals. The council car park was the only option, but expensive. There was little in the visitor pack, there should have been instructions on all appliances and full details on rubbish collections. The heated radiator in bathroom did not work. The kitchen was adequate, but, skimpy, just enough cutlery, no teapot, casserole, and saucepans that have seen better days. We believe that a bit more attention to detail would make this cottage near perfect.

“Perfect base after a very long walk”
Reviewed 8 May 2018 for a stay in May 2018

A gorgeous cottage that was spotlessly clean. We were on the island for the Round the Island Challenge and it was great to know we had such a welcoming place to return to after a long day. Would recommend it to friends.

“Perfect location”
Reviewed 1 May 2018 for a stay in April 2018

We stayed in Seagull Cottage so we could look for a property ourselves. The cottage is great for its location to Cowes, literally a 5 minute walk into town. It's very clean and full of little extras, the owner Natasha was very helpful for our visit and always answers any questions quickly and positively.
If we stay in Cowes again I will be contacting Natasha to stay at the Cottage.

“superb cottage in excellent location”
Reviewed 12 February 2018 for a stay in February 2018

We booked the cottage for my husbands birthday as he used to holiday on the IOW as a child. As soon as we booked we felt confident, Natasha was extremely helpful. When we arrived we were thrilled. The cottage was amazing, really cute and scrupulously clean. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you would need. The milk in the fridge was very welcome as was the coffee and tea along with the chocolates. We visited in a cold month but the cottage was always nice and warm. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom very well appointed. The cottage was literally minutes walk from Cowes high street and parking very close to the cottage was easy. We would highly recommend the cottage. It was totally perfect. Thank you
