Superb meals, Classic Burger and a Caeser Salad. The latter was the best i have had in years!. The lady manager and her staff were extremely welcoming, professional, and attentive. We look forward to returning in the future.

The food really was lovely, we had a lobster which was on the larger side and plenty for two! It was also delicious, as were the starters of some nocerella olives and scallops.

What was a problem was the tables were close enough that I could have easily eaten the next tables dinner for them without moving, and they were hammered and abrasive which really took the shine off. I know you need to get covers in but I wasn’t looking to be able to get to know the other guests *quite* so intimately

We had a family meal with our two children aged 6 & 9 to mark the end of our holiday and thought we'd splash out and dress up for a nice family meal. I booked The Coasr based upon other reviews.

The menu is varied with a good blend of higher priced seafood dishes but also more cheaper options. What I did like was the kids menu being varied too with both children satisfied with their choices as can often be picky.

The kids burger and pizza were really good quality and not thrown together as we sometimes experience not that children are often bothered. The quality was really good for both dishes and would be happy having them myself. My wide had the surf & turf, which despite being the more expensive dish I still think was reasonably priced.

We were all really happy with the quality of the food. The drinks choices were also great with local real ales as well as more decadent cocktails, which my wife opted for first.

The ambience was nice as although busy it wasn't too noisy and seemed quite chilled out. The staff were helpful and the food came out fairly fast despite how busy it was.

I think of we had visited this place at the beginning of the holiday we would have come back again.

This place would suit both families and couples. Definitely worth a visit if you're staying on the island.

Ate here twice during a 3 day stay in Cowes.
Pizza first time was delicious. Second time I opted for prawn linguine and my husband had the seafood risotto. Both were absolutely beautiful. Fresh, full of flavour and no comping on the seafood in either dish.
Requested window seat upstairs when booking the second time and this was accommodated without question.
Would definitely recommend.

Very average food (my fish was over cooked to nearly being mush), prices not too bad, service okay, so overall I think it can be summed up as ‘unremarkable’ (think Pizza Express). We’d not been to Coast before and now I understand why our friend pulled a face when I said we were going there. He listed several places nearby which he thought were preferable. We’ll be trying them on future visits to Cowes. I wouldn’t say avoid Coast, if your expectations are low you won’t be disappointed, but I can’t see any reason we’d go back.
