This is a lovely B&B. Anne provides tea, coffee, bottled water, Ribena, orange, twix, caramel bar in the room. For breakfast you can have cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurts, a good choice of jams and a good English breakfast with toast. The room was spotlessly clean. Anne and Graham made us feel very welcome. Anne was helpful regarding the area. A great location to the town, bars and restaurants. Would stay again. Thank you.

This is a comfortable B&B. All the rooms are a good size, with TVs and Anne provides tea, coffee, bottled water, Ribena and Twix bars in the rooms! The breakfasts are also generous, with fresh fruit on offer as well as yoghurts, toast (fabulous choice of jams), cooked breakfasts and cereals - although mostly wheat based, which I personally don't eat. Anne was also kind enough to give us room in the fridge for our Sunday picnic items.
There are also two lovely golden retrievers and a couple of cats, so If you like pets, you'll be in your element!
I have to add that Graham's garden is beautiful, too.

Room Tip: All rooms are quiet - the double is en suite, but the twin and single are close to the large shared bathroom (bath and shower).

Anne and Graham accepted our very late booking with no hesitation. We had a very comfortable double room and slept well. The breakfast was first-rate , in the conservatory overlooking a gorgeous garden. Anne and Graham were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable re the area. Would stay again. Thank you.

We were 3 female friends taking the family room for one night. We had a bed each (1 double 2 singles & there was still lots of space in the room). It was spotlessly clean (& new). The outlook onto the garden was lovely, as was our host and the breakfast. Would stay again.
