Stayed here for three nights at the start or September. Friendly welcome and super room. Spotlessly clean with lots of nice touches. Breakfast was freshly cooked with lots of choice. Joyce and her family made us feel really at home, and didn't complain when our game of cards got loud! The homemade compote was amazing!
Great location for wandering round Lyndhurst and easily within reach of the Waterloo arms!

Great B&B with excellent relaxed atmosphere. Nothing is too much trouble for Joyce, who cooks a very good breakfast. Full English where you can choose what you want when you check in and the time you wish to eat. We stayed four nights and visited different pubs/restaurants each night - all within a few minutes walk. Thank you Joyce, also Hannah and Steve for making our trip a happy one.

Room tip: We had Room 3 at the back where we could have the window open and not be bothered by early morning traffic on the main road.

Weekend spent here with daughter and grandson. Great little B and B in the heart of Lyndhurst.
Very friendly host. Couldn't do enough.
Didn't have to get up at silly o'clock for breakfast, of which there was plenty.
Ideal location to explore the new forest.

We found Reepham House through an online hotel booker and the reviews seemed good. It definitely didn't disappoint!
The B&B is owned by a lovely lady called Joyce, who couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating (no pun intended)!

Upon our arrival, Joyce made sure we knew our way around, took our breakfast order, showed us the door key system and also handed us a discount keyring for local restaurants and pubs. Some places offering up to 20% off food. It's a lovely touch.
There is a great garden here with chill out space and free parking.
Our double room with garden view was spotlessly clean with a great en suite & shower. Tea & coffee is provided in the room, along with fresh towels, shower gel & shampoo. It was quite hot the day we arrived but Joyce had kindly opened the windows prior to our arrival to cool the room and a fan was also provided. We felt very comfortable, apart from some biblical thunder which woke us at 4am on our first night! Nothing Joyce could do about that!!! Thunder aside, we slept very well here.
Breakfast was very tasty and well cooked. Joyce also provides a lovely homemade natural yoghurt and fruit compote to go with granola.
To sum up; we couldn't have wished for a nicer stay and will definitely be booking again!! Top marks and thank you Joyce!!
