After a long 16 miles in average speed cameras with a passengers legs crossed, the services where a must. As we stopped we thought we should grab some food before we headed back to Devon. We crossed over the bridge to Papa John's, as we both had never had a pizza from them before we thought it would be a good idea.
Ok so it started off ok, other than the lad behind the till didn't know the menu so it was explained that we wanted the Large Pizza deal with two drinks and potato wedges. Ok so we paid, received our buzzer and went to sit down. No lie as soon as our bums hit the seat the buzzer went off, so we went over for the lad to ask what pizza had we ordered (i think it was BBQ chicken) so we told him for the second time. Ok so we go back and sit down. The lad calls over about 5mins later, so go over "what pizza did you want"? So by the time we finally recived our pizza we had been asked about 5 times what pizza we ordered, then we didn't receive our wedges so, we had to go tell him what was meant to come with our order. The came about 5mins after, a little soggy on the outside and some a little hard but we didn't really work that out until we had made it back to the car and a few miles down the road as we had eaten enough pizza and took the rest with us.
Now the best bit, it took nearly an hour for our order to be taken, the pizza to be cooked and and the full order to be received.
As chains go, I would never eat or suggest Papa Johns to anyone.

Went in on the 22nd June to this location and it was called Harry Ramsdens. If there is a Papa Johns then sorry, but can't find Harry Ramsdens at this location on the list, and therefore take it back. We went into Harry Ramsdens. Anyway in Harry Ramsdens we had three breakfasts. The eggs, sausages, bacon, beans were only warm, the toast was burnt and the tea just about crawled out of the tea pot. In formed the manager who without a sorry stated she would look into it, with an air of I'm going off for a smoke. Never again will I darken their doors.

My family and I stopped for breakfast at Papa John's/Eat in at Fleet Services.
The eggs were pre-cooked and hard. When we asked for fresh ones to be done (even though there was no queue), they refused and the staff were sulky. They handed us very hot plates which burnt our hands and we nearly dropped them.
This was disgusting behaviour by the staff!

Stopped off briefly on the way to collect a member of the family from Heathrow, and crossed the (rather smelly) bridge over the M3 to reach the Eat In/Papa John's restaurant.

I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza with spicy wedges which was made and "delivered" quickly - they shout out your name from the counter. Pizza was tasty - quite a deep and spongy "crust" - while the wedges weren't particularly spicy and seemed undercooked. Price not extortionate considering it's motorway services.

Staff were polite and friendly so I can't really fault the service.

Reheated bacon, cold chewy bap, the smallest amount of baked beans. Very disappointing and expensive too.
