“Relaxing and convenient”
Reviewed 14 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

I stayed here wth my twin 8 yr led boys. They loved the bunk beds and the large living room. It is situated n a quiet and relaxing location that s convenient, being close to the A27 and between Portsmouth and Chichester. All the facilities such as kitchen, washing machine, wifi, bathroom etc are all excellent and work well. We enjoyed our stay and I highly recommend it.

“As comfortable as home - but on holiday.”
Reviewed 9 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

We really enjoyed our stay in the Deckhouse.
It was a comfortable relaxing place to stay. Lovely to be so close to the coast and great to be able to walk straight from the house.
Lots of useful kitchen equipment. Warm and cosy and but plenty of living space to spread around in.
We will definitely consider returning sometime soon.

We had a good time in this tidy and fully equipped deck house. We all loved the location and the stay. Especially my little one loved all the toys that were there and the lake with ducks and swans opposite the house. We would to love to visit again to the same home and Highly recommend it.

“Comfortable, well equipped accommodation”
Reviewed 31 March 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Everything you need for a quick or leisurely holiday. Beautiful setting close to so many attractions. Wonderful, interesting and historical places to see. Great for walks, birding and geocaching. We enjoyed the comfortable, family friendly living and dining areas, which had everything we might need at hand plus easy access to stores and restaurants too. Loved our stay here- mom, dad and teenage son.

“Unique house in a tranquil location”
Reviewed 24 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

Stayed at Avocet Quay in February 2015 for 3 nights, what a great house and location, our 7 year old son was so excited calling it a "house on stilts" lots of toys & games for him to play with, the kitchen was great all you need for a holiday, the house was lovely and warm, beds comfy and cosy and everywhere was clean with a beach theme throughout, which made you feel you were truly on holiday by the sea.
2 minute walk to the shore,we had a lovely meal at the Bluebell Inn in Emsworth.
We received great communication from the owner and the whole process from booking to leaving was simple.
