It should be noted on the property listing that this studio flat is NOT suitable for people with walking difficulties or disabilities, due to the outside steps and stairs leading up to the flat. It should also be made clear on the property listing that it is a 1st Floor Flat. This was not apparent when my husband booked the place. While on the subject of steps, there is one (unmarked) step down into the bathroom. I found out by nearly falling down it. Please make sure this is marked appropriately and clearly in future. A hand rail on the wall at the entrance to the bathroom would also be a very good idea. A towel rail and toilet roll holder would also be useful. We had to hang our towels on what would be the wardrobe rail to dry or over the bathroom door. Also, there was no dining table - not even a folding one (which would have been more appropriate in a studio flat) and we were forced to borrow one from the lady who was acting on behalf of the owner. How were we expected to eat meals without a table to put the crockery on? So, the flat should be equipped with a table. On the credit side, the bed was comfortable, so was the sofa, the TV worked and the kitchen was well equipped with utensils needed. Despite the difficulties, we had a very pleasant stay, but it is unlikely we would return there because of the inaccessibility.
