Had a wonderful week in this beautiful cottage. Extremely clean. Thank you for the warm welcome Liz and Kevin. Just a short walking distance to coastal buses which are very good. And steam train. Will definitely book again.

Highly enjoyable break in a extremely comfortable cottage. It's a long time since we have been to Norfolk and would return and stay here again.

We wanted a relaxing break in our favourite area after a few rough months for us. Booked by telephone direct with Liz the owner, after checking out the very professional website. The photos and descriptions are spot on. Easy booking and so friendly on the phone. 2 weeks later we arrived, there is good private parking , and was shown to the apartment and my first words were "WOW" when we walked in. Flowers on the table and tea, coffee, sugar, milk and a delicious fruit cake to welcome us. So we unpacked and was enjoying a cuppa and cake in no time. Thank you Liz and Kevin.
Stables is amazing, so clean, modern, warm, comfortable and the decor is great. A seaside theme is everywhere you look in all the rooms. Some items made by Kevin Liz's hubby. Very talented Kevin . Lovely modern well equipped kitchen with everything you could need. Books, games and local leaflets and information of places of intrest etc. Dining area and lounge area lovely very comfortable . Bedrooms just the same lovely and comfortable with plenty of storage.Shower room with a lovely big shower. I could go on and on about how lovely it is. The gardens are great although being winter we did not use them. Summer would be lovely sitting outside with a glass of wine . We sadly had to leave after 6 wonderful days. We will definitely be coming back here. Thank you Liz and Kevin. Xx ☺☺☺☺☺like I say in the title of this review... Forget the rest, This is the BEST.

“Great accommodation in a really pleasant seaside town.the”

The property was ideally located just 10 minutes walk from the town centre & beach. On a fairly quiet road with on site parking. Plenty of shops nearby & a couple of really good restaurants. Owners live on site & were very welcoming & friendly. There was plenty to do in the area & we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Norfolk.

“Restful and Relaxing Break”
Reviewed 3 June 2017 for a stay in May 2017

Magnolia Cottage Stables has everything that you need and more. Very comfortable throughout with lots of sea ornaments, paintings and local books. The shower is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped. The board games are useful for us to play as a family. Enjoyed sitting in the peaceful summerhouse which has pictures and decorations too. A great location - 10 minutes walk to town. Quiet residential area. Enjoyed many coastal and country walks. Sheringham Park with its rhododendrons is amazing in May. The local information and maps provided by the owners are detailed and easy to use. There are many books about Norfolk that we could read in the evenings to give us ideas about places to visit. Novels and children's books for all ages too. Pungleperry is the best ice cream in Sheringham. The Funky Mackerel does good coffee and a great range of hot chocolate.
