My family of 5 decided to stay at the beautiful little hotel, and beautiful it is.

But our experience was not so beautiful. We searched the internet and found Casa Di Veneto, it looked picture perfect. When we booked online it was 1 suite for entire family, breakfast included, hot tub, jacuzzi.

The hot tub was an additional 30 euro per day.

All sounded good until we realized they would not put all of us in a single suite ( even though we confirmed it was ok ahead of time through booking.com). So they added another room and we were told no additional charge, but in the end we were charged.

Booking online said free breakfast, but it was not.

No hot water for showers in the morning.

The electricity was shut off for the hot tub and jacuzzi so they were not usable, although we paid an extra 30 euro per day for the hot tub.

In the end we paid nearly an additional 500 euro, but not receive what was booked online.

It definitely is beautiful, but the struggles to get basics like hot water and the extra cost made it an uncomfortable stay.

We stayed for a few days only but it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay.
The room was a traditional style one, two-level suite with plenty of space and large tara ce for relaxing.
Rena' s touch excellent homemade breakfast and very good service from a family staff.
I can't think something bad for this fine hotel.
Thank you Rena and Yiannis.

Room Tip: Close to the village center

I had booked two rooms for my partner, his children and myself and, when the friendly owners realised we were travelling together, they offered us the family room, which consisted of an area with two single beds and the bathroom on the ground floor and a mezzanine/first floor with a king-sized four poster bed, table and chairs and access to our terrace with patio furniture and a hot tub! (Unfortunately, we were there out of season and the hot tub wasn't up and running). We were delighted with our rooms. The beds had comfortable memory foam mattresses and pillows and lovely white duvets. the furniture was beautiful and really complimented the lovely building. Everything was clean, tidy and pretty (I especially liked the little rail underneath the stairs for the girls to hand their clothes on!).
The owners were very friendly and helpful. They offered to bring breakfast to our room in the morning (the girls are teenagers so that was useful!) and the presented us with a feast of greek yoghurt with granola and honey, fruit, biscuits, greek salad, omelette, toasted cheese sandwiches, cake, very good coffee, freshly squeezed orange juice and probably more that I've forgotten. It was perfect to set us up for the day although we couldn't manage it all!
We were only there for the one night as we were on our way to somewhere else but I would have quite liked to stay longer as it was a lovely place and the surrounding old town was charming.

I booked at Casa Di Veneto for my husband and his 2 night-stay there was a nice experience. The interior decoration is a retrospect of the good old times and the hotel itself is quiet and clean. In addition to that, the hosts were very friendly and the room was comfortable. Another good fact is that it is far from the noisy side of the town.

The only disadvantage is that there is no parking around and you surely need a car or a motorbike to access the town. Perhaps some new TV units are needed as well. But that's all, no big deal...

We just returned from this sweet little fishing village and Casa Di Veneto. We were pleasantly greeted by the owners. We stayed in the Aphrodite suite, and loved it! The jacuzzi was lukewarm, and never did get hotter with adjustment. It didn't bother us much...but would have been nice. The breakfast was out of this world! Prepared by the wife and served by the husband, both such lovely people. Their dinner referral was superb, and we were treated like kings for being Casa di Veneto's guests.
We did have a bit of a misunderstanding of some towels, after requesting to have towels appropriate for the beach, we thought they said to take the largest ones in the room which we did and returned a bit sandy but not soiled. Upon checkout we found the wife very upset about her towels and charged us $45 for replacement saying they could not be washed.?.
All in all, we are sorry for such a bad departure...we really enjoyed everything at this lovely casa and would return without question.

Room Tip: We went for the top of the choices...due to the affordable pricing. I am sure ANY room at this lovely casa would be just charming...I mean, look at it!
