Try to book 4 bedded family room in the swimming pool wing. Their service is good but a little deterioration till I visited in the last year.
Gajapati restaurant is good in all respect. But the food in the main restaurant has to be improved. Because we found rotten potato with bad smell in the fish curry. It happened consecutively for two days.More

The two things that stand out amidst the sprawling mismanagement of assets, are the service and the food. Very nice and accommodating people in the service team. Thanks for the hospitality. Their food is their saving grace, amazing food served in Gajapati and Dinner Room…and it has been consistently good over the years.
Now the sad bit - we took the presidential suite and a cottage. Infrastructure is falling apart, with cellotapes over cracks in the walls and furniture! All the glass panes were smudged with fingerprints and oil. Power Sockets were falling out. Bulbs were flickering. Bathroom fittings are falling apart and non functional. Door locks are in an absolute state of shame, loose and clunky, bed sheets were stained.
Actually they don’t have any incentive to upgrade because they know that people will come and keep their business going. Sad, yet true. Probably our last time here. Adieu.

The restaurant service and the food was very poor. The staff lacked professionalism. The hotel standard was not what it is used to be 4 years back. In addition to this, the bell boys are literally asking money for whatever work they do.

Location of the hotel is good.But rooms are quite small.Maintenance quite poor.Hot water was not available in Bathroom taps.Recrption said the Main Water Heating system in the hotel is out of order for 5 days and therefore hot water cannot be provided in any of the rooms.The latch in the bathroom door never worked.Food okay.Overall not value for money and would not recommend anybody to stay there.Staff courteous and polite

A great stay at the resort. Beautiful view from the room with a private beach. Access to the sea is very easy. Clean rooms with a great room service facility. I have been visiting this place from a long time and it has not disappointed me in any way.
