Location - just a minute walk away from beach; with own vehicle, it is good to stay and the room-service boys Mr Somnath and Ashok - they care well; Although a bit costly, you do not have other eateries nearby. Pure Veg. to be clear and choosy.

Hotel was small but very Nice and spacious hotel rooms.hotel staff was very polite and good .food was good and rates were also not costly.the basic amenities provided were locker ,tea/coffee maker,fridge.location of the hotel is very far away from temple and puri beach.
I visited the place in NOV 2015 with family, booked two rooms , but I was very surprised while we check in because we were the only guest in entire hotel. although the hotel is good , clean and rooms are spacious. but the location of the hotel is very far from the famous beach of Puri. staff was good . can be stayed.......
The room are very spacious and comfortable. Ambiance was awesome. The fittings & furnishes are well placed and maintained. Rooms have nice bed, perfect lighting, nice storage & good toilet. The basic amenities provided are - A/C, wardrobe, locker, geyser, mini-refrigerator & coffee/tea-maker. Some rooms are having view of sea from window.
Food - Food was very good, tasty especially sea food like fish and prawns.
The service provided is good. The staff is prompt, loyal, well-mannered and dedicated. House-keeping was up to mark. Still scope for improvement.
Management is very supportive, available and ready to help.
First of all, this is not a Resort. It even does not have a regular working restaurant.
All systems were out of place. ACs in rooms and other places in the hotel were not working. Staff was not very helpful and very curt in their replies.
There is no swimming pool, even if I assume so due to the name Resort.
Rooms, however, had good décor and were clean. Hotel has very close proximity to the beach. Still the place is very isolated. Although few hotels around, the deserted look can make people uncomfortable.
Wifi never worked although it showed connected. This is now very common to the hotels as they have no technical people to do anything about it.
In all, it was a sad experience and I would never carry my family to such a place anymore.
Had a comfortable and nice stay.Rooms are excellent,staffs are well behaved. Location wise its a bit further from the main action area Sargadwar, but ample auto rickshaws are available close to the facility so commuting to Sargadwar is not problem. Being a bit far away from the main action area one positive aspect is that the beach is very clean which makes it ideal for taking sea bath.
On the negative side for one of our rooms the AC remote was not available. Complementary breakfast was included in our package which they usually serve between 7.30am to 9.30 am. On the day of our check out(we checked out around 7am since we had to return to Kolkata by road-500Km+ journey) on asking for breakfast they said that they can provide us Veg sandwiches. We thought its in our complementary breakfast package only but on asking them came to know its chargeable. We cancelled the order immediately and left.
