Decent hotel with well maintained rooms. The ciggaratte smell in the room was little disturbing. Complimentary breakfast was average and needs improvement. Room service and house keeping was excellent. Hot water was available in the room. Bed and linen was pleasant.

Beach Heaven hotel in Puri has great location and our room was very clean and food was delicious . Their manager guided us about the city very well and gave his personal cab for our sight seen purpose. it is very near to Puri sea beach.Staff was very helpful and wifi facility was good. Only thing pet is not allowed here.So in my opinion we had a great experience in beach heaven hotel .
