I Stay here at Chariot resort and Spa, Puri, It's really a nice palace for Family Get together & Family function as well. Amazing Place, On the lake of Beach. Fantastic services, Homely environment. Polite and professional staff.

We booked a platinum suite initially but the view of the sea was not rather pleasing and then the hotel people told us to shift to executive suite coz it gives a better view. We asked them 5-6 times about the rate difference and adjustment and they are like, yes we'll do it and for sure.
Now when the checkout time came, they totally raised their hands and are saying what difference. According to them both rooms are almost the same price. And their defence for this blunder is that they already gave us the discount, what discount? When we booked the hotel through their website which shows only fixed prices. If we had to get discounts we could have booked from some other website.
Totally a hoax hotel. Don't bother staying here, better take sterling or Mayfair.

If you want to spoil your holiday then Stay at THE CHARIOT RESORT PURI everything was extremely mismanaged just cannot compare with Railway platform very very poor or HELL in every sense Amenities Staff Rooms only one lift was anyhow working out of 4 lifts in premise

we visited chariot with our friends and booked 3 rooms probably 629,630 and 632 on 17th April 2022 with high hopes. unfortunately it was a very bad experience. the resort is beautifully built and has its own beach but it is not kept well. the rooms were smelly and dirty. bed linen was bad. the breakfast next morning was a nightmarish affair with large crowds of guest in a small room served by inadequate staff. most of the staff was ill trained and new.
