This restaurant has a legacy. It started near the sea beach by Mr.S.S.Lee almost thirty five years ago. Later on it moved to VIP road and became a grand restaurant with authentic Chinese ambience and taste. However the waiters are not much customer oriented and the price is a bit too high as compared to its peers. The food is cooked under the supervision of the family members to ensure that the taste and quality is not compromised, however the waiters are not much customer oriented and the price is a bit too high as compared to its peers. I being a vegetarian, always go for the paneer balls and veggie spring rolls.

Though the foods are value for money, hygienics are not guaranteed. The restaurant is very old and foods are cheap. Generally they serve already made, stored/frozen foods within minutes. People who need roadside/on-wheels like Chinese foods within minutes generally prefer this hotel. You can't get authentic Chinese foods and flavour or tastes here. The place always remains very crowded, noisy, uncomfortable and disturbing. I visited 2 times in last 1 year and the experiences are not good. Staffs are not enough courteous, well trained, friendly and skilled.

Excellent Chinese food. Has changed location, but food is as good as it was 20 years back!

If u r a Chinese food lover...u must visit this place... menu is full of variety of dishes in veg- non veg.. other than regular noodles, fried rices chilly chicken..etc. One must try new dishes .. like chicken kung pao. and soups were too good as appetizers. ambience reminds u of old coffee houses or restaurants.... but we liked it so much and had our all dinners here to taste different dishes.
