Booked a Non AC double bedroom in Puri for 3 nights from 15/12/21 to 17/12/21. Reched hotel 1.5 hours before check-in time. Hotel reception told us to wait in a ground floor room for 1.5 hours for the check-in time as there are boarders in our room. That room seems to be a staff room. After the check-in time, when we asked for our room, we were told that all the rooms are occupied and we have to stay in ground floor room.
The room was suffocating as the only window in the room can not be opened. There were no balcony. Paint was distorted here and there. Three beds were inserted in the room and there was no space for free movement. No comod in latrine. No toiletries provided.
When we talk to the owner, he behaved very rude and told us that this is the MakeMyTrip standard NonAc double bedroom.
As we are travelling with a child, we can't stay in that suffocating room and had to check-out after two hours of check-in.More
