Hotel Mi Casa is a lovely hotel in Shillong. I went there with my father, mother, wife and elder son. I went there during good weather. The rooms inside the hotel were spacious. It was lovely experience. I loved the place.The scenery from the rooftop was very good. The complimentary breakfast was very good with milk, tea, coffee, cereal flake, boiled egg, omellete, puri, vegetables. The rooms were warm and we enjoyed the stay in cold weather.

Its a decent place only the location of the hotel was very good. Rooms were okish & reasonable clean, size was also decent. Staff was also decent. There were quite a few restaurants nearby though they also have food facility.
Hotel Micasa is a wonderful hotel in Shillong. There is beautiful view of hills of Shillong from the rooftop of the hotel. The rooms in the hotel are beautiful and spacious. In complimentary breakfast, milk, cereal flakes, egg, toast, other Indian food are served.
The bathrooms and bedrooms are beautiful. It is worth stay. The reception staff are knowledgeable about places to see in Shillong and Cherrapunjee.
We stayed here for 1 night as we wanted to be in the Police Bazaar area - but the hotel turned out to be a real disaster. Poor service, non-interested staff, multiple reminders for any service were required
Friendly staff cheap rates cosy bed. Near of Police Bazar, one of the big and busy market of Shillong. The hotel boys and the receptionist were very friendly.The Manager will guide you very professionally with the directions to the places that you want to visit.The best part was the food it was nice and tasty and it came with a huge quantity. Lots of restaurants are around hotel if you with to take food outside. Located in the center of the city it is one of the Best Places to stay in Shillong.
I went with my family and friends.. The staff were very good and courteous... Helpful.. But the hotel needs a lot of renovation to be done... I paid ₹3200 for one night for the deluxe room.. But the bathroom had broken tiles..the room didn't have plug points near the bed to charge the phone...so if u have to charge your phone its near the dressing table.. Kitchen closes at 9 pm sharp...overall it was a average experience...I will upload the pictures later..
