This hotel is a good choice because of its central location. But it was worth every penny because of the services like well-trained staff, complimentary breakfast with many options, and clean hygienic rooms. There was no parking space though. It would have been 5 stars if there was.

We got rooms that had splendid views from the window which made us very happy. Apart from that, the staff was friendly and courteous upon our arrival. But the AC in our room was not working properly. When we complained we were given a different room so we had to shift taking all our luggage to the other room. The management should make sure the AC or other things in the rooms should be in proper working order.
Hotel is at good location. It is near the Dylan cafe which is awesome.
Hotel is also quite good and room are big. Only things they don't have restaurant but you can always swiggy.

Had booked Treebo JKR Residency for my client whilst their visit to Shillong. They had a good time there. Rooms were spacious and had a smooth late check-in. Staff behaviour was very courteous and professional
