We had a lovely short holiday with family. Brightland is nestled in absolute natural surroundings that takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Staff were more than courteous, helpful and waiting to please. The manager Nelson bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible from our rooms to the scrumptious meals we enjoyed. Thank you for the wonderful time by the manager and staff at Byke Brightland. Extremely peaceful and rejuvenating stay at Brightland. The food is great and so is the positive vibes at the place. They took care of every need of their guest. The ghazal night was a wonderful addition, cherry on the top for our family dinner.

We are very happy with the hospitality offered by the team of this property. Overall wonderful experience to stay here.
We booked the duplex room. The rooms are very specious and clean. The varandah outside the room was cherry on top.
The food is delicious and the manager Mr. Mishra is really helpful and humble.
Internet speed and connectivity is really good.
Overall awesome place to visit again!!!!

-The property is very well maintained & clean.
-We stayed in a duplex room. The rooms were well kept and the bathroom was extremely spacious. The verandah outside was a nice addition and allowed us to enjoy the foresty vibe of Matheran.
-The food was delicious and we were offered a great variety.
-The staff was cooperative and very helpful. Catered to each and every need of ours.
-The manager Mr. Mishra offered great hospitality and was very attentive to our needs.
-The Internet provided was of good speed and had good connectivity throughout the property.
Overall, it was a great stay & would definitely visit again :)

The room was excellent... The location was with a mile of 5 site seeing points so that too was great... You can go walking for site seeing... Great Hospitality... Management & staff were upfront and cooperative...
