We stayed for two days during our DEC 2013 visit. Cost is on higher side. It has a central pool and set of rooms alongside pools and a set of room which are private and are present at the back end of the hotel lawns. Pool side rooms are not very private but it makes up with cottage at interior of the hotel compounds. These are a good set of room build with wooden furniture. Toilets with bathtub, but drainage system was poor. Overall a potential place but need a lot to do.

Hotel is 1.5 km from station and a good center place to start you journey for visiting different points. You may visit , One tree hill point, Big chowk point, Little chowk point, Alexander Point , which are very near to this place.

Food was good at the week end but not good o Monday, when we left.

In peak hour , my view is to book a hotel in advance , to avoid compromise with your choice.

Room Tip: Cottages at back side of the hotel are better than pool side room those who are looking for privacy.

We visited anand ritz in june 2014 for a weekend... Got a duplex room for good price... The hotel managers are very rude... Staff is polite... Food is the plus point with a delicious taste... Swimming pool water colour is greenish brown which is not maintained... I think the water is changed once in a month or not even that... The snooker table is poor... Carrom is not maintained... Rooms are clean but the hotel is not... The dj is a fool play... He stops the song & then changes... Overall average hotel for people with tight budget!

got 2 nights package for good price. Resort has swimming pool which is not maintained. There is a pool but again not in good condition. The rooms are average. Bathrooms are not good and very dirty. Food is the only saving part. The food was good and enjoyed every bit of it. The property overall is a heritage one and not very well maintained. If you want budget option, less noisy place (away from market - 15 mins walk) with good food, then check-in here....

If you wanted the perfect location for shooting a documentary film or a TV series about properties that had seen better times, then AnandRitz will fit the bill to a tee. 9 of us stayed there ( a motley family group that consisted of age groups that ranged from seven to seventy) in the first week of May 2014. The property is decent sized with a swimming pool, villas, a spacious dining hall , a disco and a games room where one can play chess or carrom. If all this conveys an image of luxury, then I'm afraid its an illusion. All these exist, but in frustratingly pathetic and sad state, as if they had only a few years of their useful life left and their owners had given upon them. Filthy basins in the dining hall, unwashed table cloths, badly chipped tiles in the bathrooms, defective geyser coils, ACs without remote or manual control ( just in simple on/off mode) or immobile vents, bathroom doors that wouldn't lock or with missing knobs, insect -infested reception area, ramshackle furniture..etc. The swimming pool looked clean and dip-worthy until I saw a group of monkeys frolicking in the water in the next morning. I didn't dare to touch the water again, lest I be infected with some simian itchy allergy. The food though was quite tasty though I'd not recommend a visit to the kitchen if you felt like complimenting the cook or requesting something special. Most of the staff looked quite tired , although a few maintained a brave front , kept a smile and did the best they could despite the occasional abuse that came their way from impatient guests. All in all, for the money that we paid, I think we could have expected a wee bit more. If only the management paid attention to its infrastructure and invested in its upkeep, stressing on cleanliness, it would be a nice and cozy place to stay. Sadly, that prospect looks distant. This is not a getaway..its a place to get away from.

The worst experience till date! Rude staff.. Very unclean rooms. Disgusting food! We paid a bomb and got a horrible stay! Our holiday turned to be a torture. Infact the manager and staff kept laughing over our uncomfort!! The bathroom as well as the main door of the room is a glass door.. How safe can it be for a family??
