Hyatt always delivers quality, professional service. Hotel and staff very friendly. There was a few convention's there and i actually did not have a long wait for the elevators.the room was impeccable and the view bresthtaking. Loved having windows in the bathroom.

The bed was comfortable and room was spacious. I had a good view on the 16th floor. The room was cleaned daily. The hotel Bar on 2 was great! Abby was the best waitress ever! Do not eat at the restaurant on the 2nd floor that serves buffet style breakfast. The people there are rude and management does nothing about it!

This bar was a nice getaway from conventions and tourist. Atmosphere could have been a little jazz up, but it was cozy. Our bartender was a little slow on greeting us he was a gentleman with long hair and a ponytail. Quite honestly not up to the dress code every other one else seem to be wearing. When he finally waited on us, he was cordial. He let us taste a couple beers that we were not familiar with on tap. Then we ordered a particular beer, it was flat we try two other beers they were flat. We even suggested that someone should change the kegs.
Off to the side what seems like to be a bar manager and a couple wait staff seem to be having a very loud animated conversation. We found a couple beers that were to our liking after that we ask for the check. The prices I guess we're fairly reasonable for that area. It would have been nice to sit at a bar which had about 10 people at the time and for someone on that staff to change the kegs so we would have had a better experience. Unless things were to change at that particular bar at the Hyatt Hotel we would not be going back there to the bar!

This property is in a central location. Good brunch and nice lobby bar on the 2nd floor. Property doesn't have a concierge lounge, and the room was a bit cramped. Friendly staff working the front desk.

We stayed at the hotel 4 nights while attending a convention. I would rate this hotel as "average." We had difficulty controlling the air temperature in the room. It was freezing when we arrived and had to turn the thermostat to 82 to raise the temperature to 70 in the room. It seemed either too cold or too hot. The hallways were frigid. I always look for safety in the bathroom. The bathroom needs updating. The shower was in the bathtub (not a walk in) and there were no handrails or bath mat. I felt unsafe. The lighting was stark. The sink stopper did not work and the floor needed a good cleaning (grout). It was tiny and difficult to get the door shut it was so small. There was an area outside the bathroom that was useless. No sink just coffee station, it made the entire room small. The bed was so high I could hardly get into it (I'm not tall but average height). I also found it uncomfortable. We had to ask for towels and they were skimpy with the hand towels and wash cloths. We ate breakfast in the restaurant and it was quite good. Parking was $30/night which seemed a bit high for Columbus. We called for our car as instructed 15 minutes prior to leaving and then waited for 45 minutes only to find out that the desk had not told them to bring it up. The lack of any furniture in the common area near the elevators was inconvenient. I have never stayed in a hotel where there wasn't at least a chair or two in case you needed to wait for someone.

Room tip: Halls are very long. A good choice would be midway from the end to the elevators.
