the Cleveland Intercontinental is a very fine property, convenient to the Cleveland Clinic. Our room was quite comfortable, with a king sized bed, soft towels, dark shades, etc. The breakfast buffet is good, although the wait for an omelet can be quite long. The choice of dry cereals is limited, considering that individual boxes are supplied; I would have preferred to avoid the waste by offering such items in bulk; if one is offered individual boxes, a wider range would be easy to manage.
If one is driving to the hotel from the airport, be aware that the obvious (first) entrance to the property is at the wrong end of a one-way street; look for the (non-obvious) signs and go beyond the hotel before turning into the property.
there are a few negatives: i dislike the wastefulness of in-room keurigs, which also eliminate the possibility of a cup of herbal tea at night, there are some fiddly things at the breakfast buffet that could be upgraded, and the handwash in the lobby restroom does not offer enough flow to provide proper sanitation - again, easily remedied, if they want to bother.More
