We stayed here because it is close to Playhouse Square. It is also only a 5 minute walk to East 4th, which has a lot of restaurants and bars. That makes it close to The Q, too. The room was clean and spacious. The front desk staff, breakfast (included) attendant, and valet were all helpful and accommodating.

I attended a conference at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland. Although for some it could be a walk, for me it was a very short cab ride.

This is an older facility that has been renovated so it took some adjustment from the modern Holiday Inn Expresses. The room was spacious with a TV and solid Wi-Fi. There is a large breakfast area on the mezzanine level.

The staff was pleasant and gracious as they answered my questions.

Old bank building restored as hotel. Spacious rooms, nice bathroom facilities, huge windows looking out over downtown. Nice setup for business travelers, with adequate plugs for electronics and WiFi was decent speed for free. Comfortable bed with nice pillows. Wood floors are unique, although mine could definitely have used a little refinishing. Good restaurants nearby and the stadium is within walking distance.

Our stay at the downtown HI Express was even better than our previous visit several years ago. The front desk staff really helped with getting my brother and his family into a suitable room, and we were upgraded to a suite on the top floor without even asking. The valet parking team literally runs to get your car, and didn't give us any grief when we told them we needed to pack and unpack the car by ourselves. Everything was top notch, and we'll definitely be back again!

Room tip: Odd numbered floors are quieter without ice machines (I think!)

I absolutely enjoyed everything about this hotel. The rooms are very spacious, all staff was pleasant. Upon check-in, they gave us vouchers for drinks at a social event- very thoughtful. Walking distance to tons of restaurants, bars, and s casino and the Q. If ever in the area, will definitely stay here again.
