I visited the store on Fairfield Rd in Beavercreek, OH. The hostess met me at the door and led me to a table that had not been bussed, even though the place qas almost empty. She bussed the table and, as I sat down, she said she would be back to wipe down the table. That was the last I saw of her and the table was never cleaned. A man who was behind the bar came to the table and took my order -- the cheeseburger with steak fries, cooked medium. The food arrived in fair time -- just a little longer than I expectd for a place that was not busy -- but not inordinately. When I bit in to my sandwich, it was nearly raw inside, just one step above rare. The steak fries were lukewarm.
I noticed there were no napkins or flatware. I motioned to hte man behind th bar who had taken my order but, even though he looked direectly at me, he just kept going about his business. After about 90 seconds, I got up and went to the server's station. The man came up to me and asked what I wanted and I asked him for a setup. He said he was going to come over to the table but I had gotten up. I returned to the table and he brought a stack of paper napkins and a single fork wrapped in a paper napkin -- no knife to cut my sandwich.
At no time did anyone check on me or ask how my food was. I would describe the server's demeanor as "bored." I cn cook at home almost anything I can get at a restaurant, so service is important to me and this place failed. The food was not done well and not hot and the service was below par. I am not tempted to visit there again.
