Wow! What a great place to stay. Spent a week here as a base to see the attractions of the Tablelands. Easy day trip to the Undara Lava Tubes. So much to see in the area.
The park is large. Slabs and grass areas, right above the Malanda Falls. Has a petting zoo for the kids. Amenities though old are very clean and the park is very quiet. Managers very friendly and helpful.
No phone or internet coverage in the park, but it's nice not to be always contactable. Five minute walk to town - everything you need here. Bakery is fantastic.

Lovely quiet caravan park nestled next to the Malanda Falls. We had a powered camp site on a large, open grassy area in the middle of the park. Stayed two nights while we were sightseeing around Atherton Tablelands. Amenities were old but were clean and well maintained. The park had everything we needed including camp kitchen and laundry. Enjoyed visiting the resident farm animals. Would recommend this park to anyone seeking a peaceful, park in a gorgeous setting.

My husband and I went for a small trip up to Malanda Falls as we hadn't stayed there for over 40 years. We were hoping for some peace and quiet after both of us working long hours and trying to build a shed ready for retirement. Well we certainly got what we were hoping for and more. The Malanda Falls Caravan Park nestled on the banks of Malanda Falls was heavenly. We were parked so close to the falls but the dense jungle muffled any noises that swimmers may have been making and you could just hear the falls in the background. The amenities were good and clean, the owners were cheerful and informative and each afternoon they would come with their children to feed some chooks and other farm animals in the park. I would have no hesitation in recommending this park to anyone. From young ones to not so young ones. Its a wonderful stay.

We as local Cairns residents like to get away every now and then and had heard from some friends that this place was really good, well it is! It's a really great place for the kids as they have a little hobby farm in the middle for the kids with goats, sheep, pigs, chickens and a little pony. Plus on our last day there the owners bought in 2 two day old calfs which was pretty cool. The van park also backs on to the Malanda Falls and 2 rainforest walks. Great location, great staff and our accommodation was pretty good, we stayed in the Villa, very comfortable. I would recommend this place for anyone caravanning, campatrailering, camping or that just wants to get away for a few days.

We drove up from cairns to take the kids exploring the tablelands for one night. We stayed in one of the 4 units. It was cheap, clean and had everything we needed. The staff were lovely, they gathered all the kids for animal feeding in the gorgeous animal nursery housing baby pigs, calves, chickens and sheep. The park was well cared for, right next to the falls and close to town- plenty of places to walk around and look for wild life. I'm surprised more locals don't rave about this place, we loved it!
