We stayed here recently and it is really nice cottage with mod cons and tidy and clean. Nice and quiet location with a great view over the peak district. Local pub served great food just across the road from cottage. Butchers was very well stocked and good quality and dog liked it too.

“Relaxing retreat”
Reviewed 20 May 2015 for a stay in April 2015

Cottage is situated in a very quiet location, however close to experience the village life of Yougreave. All comforts of home provided. Warm cottage with excellent facilities. Great location to explore the area and close to Chatsworth House and the delightful town of Bakewell. Nearby three pubs in the village very convenient.

“Beautiful location and fabulous cottage”
Reviewed 6 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

We stayed for the recent Easter bank holiday weekend and loved it. A beautiful cottage, everything provided was of a lovely, high quality standard. The views were amazing from the house all of which can be admired from the garden and rooms. A fabulous location in the centre of Youlegrave, opposite the 'Farmyard Inn' (great food but book in advance).High quality, standard of rooms and equipment. My only concern about recommendation is that we will not be able to get in next time due to popularity. Fabulous, chilled break. Thank you.

“A lovely cottage in a beautiful place”
Reviewed 25 January 2015 for a stay in January 2015

We were really pleased with our stay. The cottage met our every need and was in a perfect location. We did have some trouble getting off the drive in the snow but I found the salt bucket which we really appreciated. Our booking was at very short notice but the cottage was ready for our arrival no problem.
We enjoyed our stay so much we have made the decision to move to the Peak District which I guess says all there needs to be said.
