I have been coming here for years and always have a great time. But this time Julio the bartender was awesome! Made great drink and was very friendly and made the Grand Palladium feel like home. This was by far the best bar experience I had because of Julio. We literally went to this bar every night because it was a great experience. If you have the chance go to the bar he serves at you will have a great drink like I did

All of the staff have been so amazing and provided top quality service. Adelita has some of the highest quality staff and I have to give recognition to Nicol and Fernando for the exceptional attention to us throughout our meal. Immanuel was on the spot to make sure we had everything we needed, and Ramona provided delicious tableside guacamole. The executive chef, Pablo, made us an incredible lobster and steak dinner that melted in our mouths. We couldn't be happier to eat there in such a beautiful atmosphere overlooking the ocean.

Hortencia made the best quesadillas for me each morning and remembered my order! I’ll come back just for her. The food was always different and very fresh. We came the first time to the buffet and were overwhelmed with the options in a good way! The service is impeccable and the staff is genuinely kind and attentive to details.

I would not recommend this hotel at all. I did not find it to be very clean and it is seriously outdated.

Best customer service we have ever experienced! Me and my family have traveled the world and have never experienced such amazing hospitality! Yolanda, Walter, captain Lise and Chef Tapia are so wonderful! If you’re in the area stop by you will not regret it! Food is amazing and they truly make you feel at home!
