My wife and I found this little gem while searching Tripadvisor. Carmeñia, the manager, was extremely helpful and patient while directing us by phone to locate the place. Once we entered from the street, we were transformed into this cozy and quiet secluded little B&B. For the size of this property ( it only has 8 rooms ), it is designed very well and tastefully decorated. The room had a comfortable bed and was very clean. At night it was very quiet and we felt secure being that it had a security entrance requiring a code to enter. The breakfast was as good as any made to order restaurant with a wide selection on the menu. Carmeñia even went as far as giving my wife some special fresh squeezed fruit juice. Be prepared to get to know all of your fellow guests within the first few hours and hopefully they are as nice and friendly as the ones we met during our stay.
Thanks Carmeñia for treating us so well. We shall return.

Staff r very nice but only available in the day. Fabulous breakfast and comfortable bed. Gardens r pretty and it is safe and very clean. Great location in walking distance to good restaurants and main drag.
No staff in the evening when we got back to the room at 8pm. None last night in evening either. Phone is available to call USA and Canada but does not work well at all. They should replace with something newer that works properly. No phones in rooms, only front desk/lobby. Wifi spotty and only good near office. Does not work in our room.so cannot use Wattsapp or Skype.
I tried to help another guest make a call as she was having a difficult time as well (no staff). It took several attempts b4 we got a dial tone to through.
TV in our room not working. Got 1 new controller (of 2) today but still zilch. 9pm and e woukd nursery life to watch tv b4 going to slerp. We don't want to go out again but 2 early to retire. 2 other guests tried to get our TV going to no avail. No staff.
Was given # to call 4 assistance but phone had issues and then it just rang busy. Extremely frustrating. This is Mexico so u do not expect things to work well, but we had hoped 4 better.

Wonderful B & B with just lovely hosts. Fernando and Carminia went out of their way to make sure that our stay was perfect. We were there for almost two weeks and never tired of the excellent breakfast menu. We loved the location....a quick walk to the plaza and close to the Malecon. We hope to be back in the spring, house hunting, and will be sure to stay there again.

Room Tip: Second floor suites are very large and comfortable.

We just had a delightful stay at Casa Flores that exceeded our expectations. Tucked away in a quaint, historic neighborhood in the town center, Casa Flores is a total delight. The lush setting and hacienda feel take you back in time. Our Garden Room was private, cozy, and felt like a home-away-from-home. Breakfast is wonderful, you can actually order off of a menu rather than a typical continental style breakfast. On top of the wonderful place, Casa Flores comes with the most delightful people. Owner, Fernando, is gracious and welcoming. Carmiña, the manager, is like the long-lost friend whom seeing again is akin to a warm blanket in winter. No, we had never met before, but she felt like a kindred spirit. Casa Flores attracts guests who are genuine, friendly, and interesting, but whom also respect privacy. I thought this would be a one-time trip to Ajijic; however, our stay at Casa Flores was so wonderful that I know we will be back.
