This is my 6th year going to Spa Eastman, it is a must on “my things to do list” for myself! The surroundings are peaceful, with the forests, mountain and nature, and No TVs (time to read a book!) There are 3 excellent, excellent meals a day, the “Tonic Cuisine” is nourishing and satisfying, (it let’s me try things that I haven’t made for myself). You can sit by the fireplace in the reception area or by the fireplace outside by the pools and saunas. There are daily activities available, to join in, between
7h30am to 10h00pm....(no time to get bored!) Loll You can also get massages, body treatments, facials, personal consultations, personal trainers, group walks in the forest......(what to do next?!!) I remember the first time I visited, and opened the directory in my hotel room and saw their mission statement:
“At Spa Eastman you will find your true self again.
Furthermore, we hope that you will enjoy your stay
so much that you will never forget how important you
are. This is our way to make the pleasure and the
benefits of your vacation continue long after your
stay with us. If we can give you the will to take better
care of yourself, we feel it is a step in the right
direction towards wellness”.
Thank you to the Owner Jocelyna and her staff.....
You are accomplishing your mission!!!

So the power went out around five and they couldn't do much about it. All the hot pools and saunas and such, the lights, etc, went off and they asked patrons to gather for dinner early before the sun went down.

Probably not their fault. The spa before that was okay, fairy quiet, with some cool features. Definitely go/stay if you are in the area.

Thank you for sharing your comments. You are right in assuming that we had no control over the loss of power as the outage touched quite a few homes and businesses in our area.

We are glad to read that you did enjoy your day with us and do hope to have the pleasure of greeting you again.

Unpleasant staff
no integrity and coherence from what they say to what they are doing
feel like we bothers staff if we asking some questions
overall the neurospas is to avoid, do not pay a penny for trying this!!

it is so sad to see that interne experience of the spa is not as good as the external location look like, exterior is very pleasant to experiment.

sorry for my english, my first language is french.

if you wish to have more details of my experience you can contact me at brigite87@hotmail.com.

I have been going to this spa for years. It has become quite a great spa considering their tonic cuisine ( no gluten, no dairy ), their many renowned special guests every week for conferences on wellness, their exceptional naturopath who is a PH. D. in physics, the total use of eco energetic sources, organic food etc..
The rooms in the main pavillion are wonderful with fireplaces, but also in a number of small houses around the property. Their web site will tell you and show you much more.

Room Tip: do not accept room 37: too close to the entrance on the floor ( you hear people talking on the way up the stairs to the second floor)

I stayed overnight at this beautiful destination spa and took advantage of all the activities. Wonderful pools, saunas and cold plunge! The morning fitness class was fun and challenging. Restaurant was wonderfully delicious and nutritious. The two spa services I had were heavenly. First was a Head massage with warm oil. The next day I had the kibodo massage. Top notch therapists. I will definitely return. The only recommendation is to the front desk staff to be a little more friendly during departure and arrival. This a day spa as well. The afternoon visitors on both days were a little too loud. On my first day, there were two children under the age of ten who were running around and talking in the quiet areas and continually opening the doors to the steam rooms and saunas letting all the heat escape. I wish staff would have stepped in.
