“Lovely cottage in excellent location for touring eastern townships”
Reviewed 25 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Cottage was really lovely. Very clean . Recently updated. Has everything you need for a very comfortable and pleasant stay. Very well equipped - washer and dryer as well in basement .
Linda the owner is really sweet and very helpful. She was there to meet us and went over everything . I recommend this property highly and would stay here again for sure.

“Delightful cottage in the scenic Eastern Townships”
Reviewed 20 June 2016 for a stay in June 2016

Thanks to Linda, we had a very enjoyable stay at the Moose House. Linda made sure that we were familiar with all the features in the cottage and was very helpful in guiding us to grocery stores and other amenities in the area. The cottage is a short walk to Ayers Cliff and a quick drive to Magog, so it is ideally situated for accessing anything you might need to complete your stay. Even though the weather wasn't the greatest, we snuggled down in the cottage to enjoy a warm fire and a glass of wine!
The Eastern Townships area is a wonderful picturesque place to explore artisan products such as wine, cheese and hand made goods. There are many lakes for fishing and the Moose House is in good proximity to all.
The only comment I would make is that we found the bedrooms to be bright in the morning without window coverings. Blinds or drapes would be helpful.

“romantic cottage”
Reviewed 27 October 2014 for a stay in September 2014

Everything was great. small, but delightful.Nice owners who checked on us to make sure all was well. Only one complaint, a firmer mattress in the small bedroom would be nice. Overall, a fun cottage.

Absolutely wonderful cottage. Just like staying in someone's home. Lovely people. They had thought of just about everything you might need. We sat on the porch looking at the trees and the lake. Very nice restaurants nearby and a good grocery store in Ayers Cliffe
