Have not been there for years.Planned a roadtrip with a friend and had lunch there. My friend ordered Schnitzel,Spätzle and Red Cabbage. I ordered "Geschnitzeltes"Spätzle and Red Cabbage. The Spätzle tasted as though not cooked with Salt---bland. Something was missing in the Cabbage, maybe a shot of Red Wine and Apples would have done the trick. The Meat was tender but the Gravy was---what we call in Lower Franconia a "Mehlpap" (Flowerpaste) I finally added Salt--wich I never do,fished the slice of Lemon from my Water and squeezed the juice into the Gravy. Now it was eatable. It seems Ownership has chanced and this meal was not good German cooking. Will not return.
