After a long drive through Maine with little luck finding a decent hotel - we found the Winsome Inn online and booked a room. They were very accommodating to us arriving late and made suggestions for ordering dinner to our room. A great location for those on the road - the motel has reasonable rates, charming small town decor, and breakfast is included. A great little spot on the border.

For our one night at the Winsome Inn, we felt right at home. The lady who helped us was very gracious and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable, so we felt at home. It was a nice place to stay after a full day of traveling.

In a recent trip to Nova Scotia, we needed a stop over for the night. This was one of the few hotels in this area and this was the most convenient stopping point. I was able to book it on line through hotels.com. We arrived late and was greeted warmly by the staff. Our room was clean and the bathroom had clearly been renovated recently. The beds were comfortable and the hotel was quiet. It was exactly what we needed for the night. It's also not far off the highway. There is a grocery store right across the street. The stay came with breakfast the next morning which mainly consisted of bread, bagels and cereal. There was apple and orange juice and coffee/tea. No protein or fruit was provided. But it was all we needed. If you are looking for something more substantial for breakfast you may want to go off site. The staff were all very helpful. We would definitely stay here again on another trip up north.

Clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Right in town and close to some great restaurants. Friendly people. We are thinking about coming here again and staying a full week. Three blocks from the water!

This gem tucked back from the road in the middle of town offers remarkably quiet accomodations, comfortable beds, very nice decor and whimsically colored giant lawn chairs. The breakfast area is beautifully country and offers Honey Nut Cheerios, Raisin Bran, another cereal and various types of English muffins and bagels to go with the orange juice and milk. WELL worth the price and conveniently located to everything. Perfect for a couple's getaway as well; NOT suitable for the partying crowd.

Room Tip: The entire motel is tucked back, so all the rooms are quiet.
