Just stayed here with 3 friends. Absolutely amazing view from the dining room. Has very high spec rooms which were so comfortable!

The highlight has to be the cocktail list! Incredible selection of really complex drinks. The barman did an incredible job of matching drinks to each of our palates alongside some top banter!!

Will be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights in September as part if an independent tour of Vancouver and Vancouver Island.
The room was lovely and the oceanview we had was amazing and made the stay that much more special. The scenery was out of this world.
The restaurant at the hotel was expensive and out of our normal price range but the food was exquisite and the view from the restaurant made for a lovely evening. If however you would prefer a cheaper option you could try Backeddy which is only a short walk away. We went there on the second night and although not as special as the onsite restaurant the food was very nice too.
We spend one of the afternoon's Kayaking on the lake which was a lot of fun and it was great to get so close to the seals basking on the rock. If the weather is nice I would advise this activity to everyone.
The staff were very friendly and it was a wonderful stay.

Room Tip: Its worth getting an oceanview if you can afford to.

We stayed here in September 2016 as part of our honeymoon traveling around Canada. The scenery from the hotel is absolutely stunning. It's very peaceful, a great place to unwind and relax. We went to see the skookumchuck rapids which were incredible. There was also a lot of other activities to do such as walking & kayaking. Be aware of the prices in the restaurant, although the food is very good it is extortionately priced and the waitresses add 18% gratuity onto the bill. The room we stayed in had a beautiful view overlooking the water, however the room was not particularly clean. There were a lot of cobwebs in the room, the bed felt damp and the mattress needed replacing ( a long time ago ). Don't let this put you off though, it was a truly amazing place to visit.

We spent 3 nights at this resort and had a wonderful time. The food was really good and the staff were pleasant. We took a zodiac trip to Princess Louisa. It was amazing. The guide was informative and entertaining. Kayaking was fun and we saw some cool seals and a stellar sea lion. The cabins were comfortable but not very clean. That was the only issue i had. The rooms could use a good vacuuming and cleaning. The bed was comfortable but there were blood stains on the pillow. I will go back but hope they improve on their housekeeping.

Thank-you for your comments. We are very sorry about the stains, but let me assure you that it was not blood, but a rust stain (which is still not an excuse). We operate with an outside laundry service which gets shipped in weekly from Vancouver and we have had numerous conversations with that company about their linen quality.
Our apologies about the quality of cleaning, we are doing all that we can working with our housekeeping team to ensure our high standards are met.
