Writing this review based on a week at tiara beach in june this year (only recently joined trip advisor).
This is honestly the best hotel i have ever stayed in!
The staff are very friendly & helpful, the hotel is very up to date, maids in everyday everywhere was always spotless! Towels changed everday & i think bedsheets were every 2/3 days. Our room was on the first floor, we did pay for a sea view room but couldnt really see the sea at all but was overlooking the pool area, the room was clean and spacious! The food does get a bit repetative as any all inclusive does but theres always a lot to choose from and its lovely! Our rep was very helpful, she booked us on the lazy day boat trip which was lovely i would recommend this for anyone looking for a relaxing day and lots of sunbathing! Nightlife is good, There is a good karaoke bar next door but the rest of bars and clubs are only about a ten minute walk away! I would honestly ignore any bad reviews that have been written about this hotel! I dont have one bad word to say about it!

We visited Iberostar Tiara Beach at the end of September 2011 as a couple for a week All Inclusive. The hotel was by far the best I have stayed in abroad, especially for the price! The reps told us on the first day that it was the best for food and staff were really friendly but we just took that as what they tell everyone..but by speaking to many others in the resort that were staying at competitor hotels, it seems Tiara Beach really was the best by far!

The reception staff spoke English and German really well and were always very helpful, such as offering the towel hire scheme where you pay around 30lev deposit pp at the beginning of the week and you get a laminated card which entitles you to one of the hotels beach towels, which you could take back at any point to change for a fresh one and at the end of the week, you get the deposit back when handing the card back. The bar staff were extremely generous with the measures and although they didn't always get the drinks order right, they were always very quick at serving and didn't mind one person going up to get drinks for a group (other hotels in the area would only allow one drink per person per time!). Although the all inclusive bar was only on until 11pm/12 pm, there were many taps around the hotel and lounge area which provided self service beer, wine and juice 24/7!

The food was interesting, but always something different on offer. There was a soup area, a salad area, a diet area, a carvery area, the main buffet section, an outside barbecue type area which always had chips and burgers/sausages etc, a kids area with beans and waffles etc, a section for bread and butter and a huge section for desserts! So I really don't see how you could struggle to find something to eat even for the fussiest of people! There were days when we had no clue what we were eating because the food labels would read "meat with sauce" lol but always very tasty! They had a snack bar that made pizzas and sandwiches in between main restaurant times and they also had cake time in the afternoon in the lounge next to the tea and coffee machines :)

The hotel was extremely clean and tidy throughout and the maids always seemed to know when you were out to be able to go in and clean even without putting up the do not disturb signs which was great when you were nursing a hangover some of the mornings :)! They always made cute displays with the towels on your bed such as swans and bows which was nice to come back to each day (towels were changed everyday, bedding was changed twice in the week that we were there). The double room we had was huge in size and the balcony had an amazing view over the pools.

Awesome holiday especially for the price, I would recommend if you want to do a lot of shopping, sightseeing etc to go early september at the latest as any later and a lot of the shops and attractions start shutting down.

Although the flights were at night, checkin was quick and got to room which was spacious and comfortable. Maid service excellent. Nice view from side and front but not so great from back over entrance to hotel.
Food all nice plenty of choice for everyone, fruit at every meal, although my husband likes his food red hot but microwaves were available. All clean, entertainment staff do their best but evening entertainment not brilliant but ok. Local bars good and cheap. Pool and slides great. Beach not far and good for disabled people. All round great holiday !

me and my husband visited the tiara beach, this july and i have to say that this is the best hotel i have EVER stayed at! i cannot fault a certain thing as everything was perfect. there was so much variety for food! and it was a different theme every night.
my room was always clean and had a lovely decoration with the towels once the maid had finished with the room.
worth every penny and if i was 2 ever go to bulgaria again, then i would definitely stay at the tiara beach hotel! recommended to all!

we went to this hotel all inclusive
The hotel was spotless, I have never seen somewhere so clean, the rooms were modern and had a very good air conditioning.

I cant believe some of the reviews on here, i went to this hotel a little worried after reading about the food, i had nothing to be worried about, the food was tasty and more than edible every night. The only people were complaining were the ones asking for fish fingers!

There was a lot of choice in the all inclusive menu for drinks and plenty of cocktails included

Its close enough to the old town and most of the action whilst still been a quiet and pleasant location, about 5 minutes walk to all the pubs/clubs. Everything is very cheap outside the hotel still about 60p for a big beer.

The only reason this hotel hasn't got a five star from me is the entertainment in the evening was pretty rubbish, maybe because it was nearing the end of season.

Would recommend

Room Tip: Ask for one with a pool view! on the second floor preferably!
