Hi Sebastian,

First of all, thank you for taking the time to share us your opinion and giving us a review.

We regret that we didn't meet your expectation during your visit.

Entopia is a nature learning destination for invertebrates, which was previously known as Penang Butterfly Farm. As we normally convey to the public and stated on our website. We proudly maintain around 50 species of butterflies at any one time.

Our indoor exhibition area is mainly for education, to inform our visitors of the importance of insects and invertebrates alike. We also offer various Nature Activities daily to provide our visitors a wonderful experience. All these information are also provided by our information desk and also on the park map, given upon arrival.

In regards to our pricing scheme, compared to various attractions around the island, it is on the average range. Once again, we regret that you weren't able to maximize your visit to meet your expectation.

Thank you once again and have a nice day.

My family and I visited Entopia on April 3rd 2018. It blew us away. The staff are friendly, informative and helpful. We met a giant stick insect called Charlie on the way in and bought a portrait photo of the occasion on the way out. If you love butterflies, insects and reptiles this bio-dome is a must. I’ve never seen so many butterflies before and they were not afraid of us. It was fantastic. I could have stayed all day.

We are a nation blessed with nature and this owner is among those who have made access to nature possible. The whole place has been well thought thorough to enable a person to really feel the magic of the humble butterfly and other creatures great and small. For a family from KL choked in the bustle of life it was welcoming. The let down was the counter staff, a young man, who misguided us on the rates and for whom we had to stand out ground that the rate for a malaysian family of 3 was RM125 although the offer covered 2 children. It’s the sad challenge of young Penang Staff but it didn’t dim the magic of the butterflies.

Quite interesting to visit. Many butterflies inside, but not too many kinds of them (we counted just about 15 different kinds). Also it’s overpriced for Malaysia (65RM-adult). The place has a number of interactive features, other interesting insects, reptiles, frogs, etc.

Hi,

First of all, thank you for taking the time to leave us a feedback and for visiting us.

In terms of the number of species of butterflies, our Zoology team does a regular check in order for us to deliver the correct information to our guests and we maintain more than 50 different species of butterflies in our garden. Kindly take note that different species of butterflies will be active all throughout the day. Some are low flying while other are high fliers and flutters around the different landscapes of the garden.

You may learn interesting facts about butterflies through our free daily activities such as Nature Talk (schedule available at our Ticketing TV Panel, entrance foyer and website)
Again, thank you for your feedback and may you have a nice day.
