This was our second tour of the Latimer House and a tour of the historic architecture in Wilmington. We weren't disappointed. The guide was excellent and obviously enthusiastic about what he was showing us. Well worth the visit. If you love old buildings and historic sights, Wilmington is the place to go, and the Latimer house is a must se.

Lovely house, and our docent was excellent. The gardens are lovely. We purchased a ticket to view all three mansions on the tour. This tour can easily be combined with the Burgwin-Wright House on the same day. We recommend leaving the Bellamy Mansion for another day, as that tour is quite long and detailed! (But it is fantastic!)

You ring the old-time bell to enter. The tour guide is extremely knowledgeable and personable. The restoration is on-going and well done. The furniture beautiful. The focus of this tour is life, the people, the home, the furniture.

The home and the tour were really nice. Our guide was very informative and gave great insight of the home when the original family lived there.

The house is currently undergoing restoration downstairs with the faux painting of the times. A very interesting house to see. Different than the other two nearby.
