We stayed 4 nights at this amazing B & B. When you stay there, you just don't get a room but a suite. Ours consisted of a large bedroom, an equally large bathroom, and a sitting room with two sofas and a table. All were furnished in a classical style. Each day you submit your choices for the next day's breakfast and at the time you designate, breakfast is brought to you room.
Supervising everything is it's gracious owner Rocco who watches out for you like a mother hen.
Staying there we felt as if we were travelers in the 19th Century, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the 21st Century.
There is ample free street parking directly in front of the hotel. Many excellent restaurants and pizza places are within walking distance. Any questions you have about anything, just ask Rocco.
In our travels, Al Bastione Imperiale most certainly ranks among the most unique and wonderful places we have stayed and I recommend it without hesitation/

We stayed for 3 nights and can really recommend this place for its hospitality. The room (yellow suite) was more of an apartment with several rooms, very spacious and old Italian furniture. The rest of the house seemed to be under renovation but it didn't bother us. Rocco, the owner, showed us all the facilities with free bikes (I can really recommend using them), a terrace at the top, he printed maps of the islands and he even drove us to the cable way in Erice with his own car. Very service minded.
The house is positioned just next to the old town which made it handy and quiet.

There really is not a lot more to say. For starters Trapani is a great place to go, we stayed 3 nights at this small hotel. It is a classic place, immaculately furnished and the owner Rocco, is the most gracious and friendly owner you are ever likely to meet. Cannot fault any aspect of this hotel, just the right mix of cleanliness, service and proper old school charm. A perfect base for exploring this part of Sicily.

We stayed here for 3 nights and got the yellow suite. This room in enormous and nice furnitures. The owner was very pleasant and always greeted us when leaving or arriving. The location is central and short walking distance to the port and main street.

Room Tip: The yellow room is good
