This place been our evergreen place to hit when ever there was a plan for a dtive but not getinto the traffic of indore while we drove out from mhow. Since 2006 till date they have been doing well as my memories are still fresh since then. May it be moonlight or a light drizzle. All have been memorable

Property is very good with all the facilities such as swimming pool, Play zone for kids, carrom, billiards etc, food is also good and overall a very good ambience of the Hotel and staff also very cooperative

I've stayed at the Mashal for the last several years and have booked several rooms at least once a year for my event.
I always book the Cottage and have always like the place. For the last 2-3 years, the hospitality has really deteriorated. The staff does not care for the guests. It was under renovation for the last 3 years and that's only for the dining room. There was no partition between the work area and general ingress/egress and workers were. unmasked. The one time they didn't have a cottage, they booked me in a regular room that was stinking leaks in the bathroom and lights not working. The one time I has to leave early I asked for a packed breakfast of fruits and sandwiches which they charged me in spite of having paid for a regular breakfast. The last time the chicken ordered was bad and I asked to change it, which they didn't and insisted on charging me for it - even sending the general manager to insist I sign the KOT. I have been charged Rs. 75 for an ice bucket! As I write this review (around 1130 pm, there is deafening music blaring. I have complained to the reception since 11 pm about 3 times but it still continues. I am told that the MD of the hotel is having his private party. If the MD does not care about his guests, what more can you except from this hotel?
I am thoroughly disappointed because a good place is going to the dogs with the owners/management attitude.
I am not coming back to this place and it loses my business forever.Pathetic!
I loved it, the ambience the location, staff was humble cute actually, polite people and even the services and everything was next level, Just top notch at such prices am staying there every time i visit Indore.
Great place to stay, pleasant ambience with greenery everywhere. The location is peaceful and away from city Chios but still on few minutes distance from main road. They serve delicious food with good varieties. Also there is classy restaurant callinary, you need to pre book the table to avoid waiting. Rooms are in good shape, but can be lil more illuminated. Apart from these there is a party lawn, banquet hall, gym, swimming pool. What i like most is the ambience and gym. There are many other hotels nearby but my choice would be Maple always.
