There is nothing much to see in this place. There is a small museum but has predominantly photos. Most floors are blocked for maintenance. Better to take pictures from outside and move on

There are better places in Indore if you are hard pressed for time. Time on hand, visit once. Not worthy of more than a 30 minute visit
Nothing new that you can"t find elsewhere in India. If interested, take a private guide.

Good restoration of the palace of the Holkars...well maintained.. courteous staff...was lucky n honoured that they ran the sound n light show in English for just me n my wife...an interesting insight into the life of the Holkars family n trials n tribulations... overall a satisfying experience...

it is historical place in indore city centraly located near sarafa bazar it was built by holkars marartha warrior in1766 and it is renewed in 2007 entry ticket is 10 per person ,the malhar temple is nice.
