My experience with Sheraton Grand Palace Indore has been fantabulous so far, and that has only been bolstered further by Vidhu and Tejas after our stay at Sheraton Grand Palace, Indore. A quaint little place that is very high on service standards. The welcome was superlative as always from the friendly staff. The suite was typical Grand style, nice and very comfortable. The infrastructure in the room was best in class.
Sheraton, you will be very high on our list of properties in Indore. Keep up the good show.

The staff awesome .. we checked in late at night and shahida at front desk was responsive and took good care of us .. food at the property awesome, service in the room excellent and prompt. We stayed for only one night. I am a platinum bonvoy member and the staff was aware of my status and too appropriate care.

We had a great stay at this place. Had went for a family trip, we stayed for three days and we enjoyed a lot. Shimpi at desk and Abhijeet at cafe were very helpful. All the staff is very courteous. The European style architecture, food and everything about this place is great! Highly recommended to someone who’s planning to go for Indore, Ujjain, mandva region trip.
