We were recommended by a friend and had high expectations. Needless to say, they were exceeded!!! My wife, who regularly goes to China was particularly excited about just how good the food was.
The simplest way to describe this is much fresher and spicier than traditional offerings at a Chinese restaurant. The Indian take on Chinese shines through.
We had two lunch specials. We ordered Hot and Sour Soup to start - and both of us were just blown away by it. Far tastier, and yes, spicier than we had ever had before. We both felt that is was easily the best we've ever had.
For lunch entrees we split the Veggie Coins with Manchurian sauce and the Lamb in Garlic Sauce. The Manchurian sauce in the Veggie Coins was incredibly complex and flavorful. Apparently this is the most "Indian Chinese" of the sauces. My wife was stunned by how good it was. The Lamb dish had a nicey spicy sauce, which properly offset the earthiness of the lamb. Another big winner at our table.
Adriana was our server, and was friendly, informative, and prompt with drink refills. Bottom line: Top shelf food, great flavors, attentive service. If this place were in Dallas, we would go often
