“We had a very nice stay and plan to stay again.”
Reviewed 1 December 2015 for a stay in November 2015

When we arrived, the owners had fresh bread, fresh farm raised eggs, and homemade lemonade. The house was nicely renovated with a modern spin on a vintage home. This was much more comfortable than staying in a hotel, and it was close enough to many attractions in Asheville. My husband and son spent most of their time at Bailey Mountain Bike Park with the added bonus of only being about 10 minutes away from the cottage. The views in the area are amazing, and the house was nicely decorated for Christmas.

Liked best: The quite, peaceful location. But still within 5-10 mintues from everything.
Liked least: The fireplace pilot light kept going out so no fireplace.

“Perfect Mountain Haven”
Reviewed 19 May 2014 for a stay in May 2014

We stayed at Long Branch Guest Cottage while attending a wedding in Weaverville and could not have been more pleased. The cottage was beautifully decorated, very clean, and perfect for the two of us and our three 20-something children. The owners have thought of everything that might be needed for a comfortable stay, including a pitcher of lemonade in the refrigerator and Zuma Gold cookie dough ready to be baked when we wanted a sweet treat. Our time on the front porch both mornings was a highlight. The cottage is located in a lovely, quiet area. We can't wait to return to Long Branch Guest Cottage.
